Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Ordering flowers on Buketi is quick and straightforward. Start by browsing our curated collection of fresh arrangements from dozens of local florists across Skopje. You can filter by occasion, flower type, price range, or florist to find exactly what you need. Once you find the perfect bouquet or arrangement, select it and add a personalized gift message for your recipient. Next, choose your preferred delivery date — including same-day delivery if you order by 12:00 (noon). You can also add specific delivery instructions to help our courier find the address easily. Finally, proceed to our secure checkout, enter your payment details, and confirm your order. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately, and you can track your delivery status in real time through your Buketi account dashboard.

Question 2

Can I customize my arrangement?

Accepted Answer

Buketi gives you several ways to personalize your flower order. During checkout, you can write a heartfelt gift message that will be included with your delivery on a printed card. You can also add specific delivery instructions, such as a preferred time window or directions to help our courier locate the address. If you have special requests — like adding extra greenery, choosing a specific color palette, or combining flowers with a gift item — simply add a note for the florist in the special instructions field at checkout. Each florist on our platform is an independent professional who takes pride in their craft, so they will do their best to accommodate your preferences. For highly custom arrangements such as wedding centerpieces or corporate event flowers, we recommend contacting the florist directly through their profile page to discuss your vision and requirements in detail.

Question 3

What occasions do you offer flowers for?

Accepted Answer

Buketi offers a wide variety of flower arrangements for every occasion and celebration throughout the year. Our most popular categories include birthday bouquets in vibrant colors, elegant anniversary arrangements featuring roses and premium blooms, romantic Valentine's Day collections, and thoughtful Mother's Day gifts. We also carry sympathy and condolence arrangements for expressing your support during difficult times, as well as congratulatory bouquets for graduations, promotions, and new baby celebrations. For Women's Day (8 March) — one of the most popular flower-giving occasions in North Macedonia — we prepare special collections every year with dedicated promotions. Wedding flowers, including bridal bouquets and table centerpieces, are available through select florists on our platform. You can also browse our seasonal collections that feature the freshest blooms available at any time of year, from spring tulips to summer sunflowers and winter holiday arrangements.

Question 4

Accepted Answer

Our delivery network covers all neighborhoods and municipalities across the city, including Centar, Karpos, Aerodrom, Kisela Voda, Gazi Baba, Chair, Butel, Gjorche Petrov, Saraj, and Shuto Orizari. We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed by 12:00 (noon), seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. We are actively working on expanding our delivery coverage to other major cities in North Macedonia, including Bitola, Ohrid, Tetovo, and Kumanovo. If you need flowers delivered outside Skopje in the meantime, please contact our support team at info@buketi.mk and we will do our best to help arrange a solution.

Question 5

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Buketi offers same-day flower delivery across all of Skopje, making us the fastest flower delivery service in North Macedonia. When you place an order by 12:00 (noon), your chosen florist immediately begins preparing your arrangement with the freshest flowers available. Once ready, our dedicated courier team picks up your order and delivers it directly to the recipient's door — all on the same day. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 hours of the order being placed, depending on the time of day and the florist's preparation schedule. We operate seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, so you never have to worry about timing. For last-minute gifts, our same-day service is especially popular for birthdays, anniversaries, and surprise celebrations. You can track your delivery in real time through your Buketi account to know exactly when your flowers will arrive.

Question 6

What are your delivery hours?

Accepted Answer

Buketi delivers flowers seven days a week, including weekends and all public holidays in North Macedonia. Our standard delivery window runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery time slot to ensure the flowers arrive at the most convenient moment for the recipient. Available time slots include morning (8 AM–12 PM), afternoon (12 PM–4 PM), and late afternoon (4 PM–6 PM). If you need delivery at a specific hour — for example, for a surprise birthday party or a corporate event — you can add a note with your preferred time and our team will do their best to accommodate. During major flower-giving holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Women's Day (8 March), delivery demand is exceptionally high. We recommend placing your order at least one day in advance during these peak periods to guarantee your preferred time slot and ensure the widest selection of arrangements.

Question 7

What if the recipient isn't home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at home when our courier arrives, we follow a careful process to ensure your flowers are still delivered safely. First, our courier will call the recipient using the phone number provided during checkout — this is why we always recommend including an accurate contact number. If the recipient does not answer, the courier will try again after a few minutes. If the recipient remains unreachable, the courier will look for a safe and sheltered spot to leave the flowers, such as with a neighbor, at the reception desk, or inside a building lobby. A photo confirmation will be sent to you so you know exactly where the flowers were left. In rare cases where no safe location is available, we will arrange redelivery at no additional cost. To avoid missed deliveries altogether, you can add specific delivery instructions during checkout, such as 'leave with the doorman' or 'call before arriving.'

Question 8

How does same-day delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Same-day flower delivery on Buketi works in three simple steps. First, browse our marketplace and choose an arrangement from any of our partner florists in Skopje. Place your order by 12:00 (noon) and select same-day delivery during checkout. Second, once your order is confirmed, the florist receives a notification and begins hand-arranging your flowers using the freshest blooms available that day. Each arrangement is prepared with care to match the photos and descriptions you see on our platform. Third, when the arrangement is ready, one of our professional couriers picks it up directly from the florist and delivers it to the recipient's address. You will receive real-time updates as your order moves from preparation to delivery. We operate this service seven days a week, 365 days a year, with delivery hours from 8 AM to 6 PM. During peak occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery time slot.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Buketi accepts a wide range of payment methods to make your flower ordering experience as convenient as possible. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. All card payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway powered by Halkbank Macedonia, ensuring your financial information is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. In addition to card payments, you can redeem Buketi gift cards during checkout — simply enter your gift card code and the balance will be applied to your order. If the gift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with a credit or debit card. We are continuously working to add more payment options based on customer feedback. All prices on Buketi are displayed in Macedonian Denars (MKD), and you will see the exact total including delivery fees before confirming your payment.

Question 10

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Your payment security is our top priority at Buketi. All transactions are processed through Halkbank Macedonia's PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway, which meets the highest international standards for handling card data. Every payment is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, meaning your card details are securely transmitted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. We use 3D Secure authentication (also known as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) for an additional layer of protection — this requires you to verify your identity with your bank before the payment is completed. Importantly, Buketi never stores your full credit card number, CVV, or PIN on our servers. Your card information is handled entirely by the payment processor, and we only receive a confirmation that the transaction was successful. If you notice any unauthorized charges or have concerns about a transaction, please contact our support team immediately at info@buketi.mk and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Question 11

How long will my flowers last?

Accepted Answer

With proper care, most flower arrangements from Buketi last between 7 and 10 days, and some hardy varieties like chrysanthemums and carnations can last even longer — up to 14 days. The longevity of your flowers depends on several factors, including the type of flowers in your arrangement, the room temperature where they are displayed, and how consistently you follow basic care steps. To maximize freshness, keep your flowers in a cool room away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and fruit bowls (ripening fruit releases ethylene gas, which accelerates wilting). Change the water in the vase every two days and add the flower food sachet included with your delivery — it contains nutrients and antibacterial agents that help flowers stay vibrant. Trim the stems by about 1–2 centimeters at an angle every time you change the water to improve water absorption. Remove any wilted petals or leaves that fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

Question 12

How should I care for my flowers?

Accepted Answer

Caring for your flowers properly will help them stay beautiful and fragrant for as long as possible. Start by trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle using sharp scissors or a knife — this increases the surface area for water absorption and prevents the stems from sitting flat on the bottom of the vase. Use a clean vase filled with fresh, room-temperature water, and add the flower food packet included with your delivery. Change the water completely every two days to prevent bacterial buildup, and re-trim the stems each time. Place your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, radiators, air conditioning vents, and electronic appliances that generate heat. Keep flowers away from fruit bowls, as ripening fruit produces ethylene gas that shortens flower life. Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline, and gently pluck wilted or brown petals as they appear.
